Project Agreements
All renovation projects require:
- A signed contract specifying scope, timeline, and costs
- Approved permits and documentation
- Agreed-upon payment schedule
- Written approval for any changes to the original scope
Payment Terms
Project Costs
- Initial deposit required to secure project start date
- Progress payments based on project milestones
- Final payment upon project completion
Additional Costs
Client will be notified of any additional costs before work proceeds. This may include:
- Unforeseen structural issues
- Client-requested changes
- Material price fluctuations
Warranties and Guarantees
We provide:
- Workmanship warranty for 2 years
- Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures
- Satisfaction guarantee on completed work
Cancellation Policy
Project cancellation terms:
- 48-hour cancellation notice required for appointments
- Deposit refund policy based on project stage
- Cancellation fees may apply for in-progress projects
Liability and Insurance
LaCloche Home maintains:
- Comprehensive liability insurance
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Professional indemnity insurance
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
